About Moscow Region
Moscow Region together with the city of Moscow is the most important region of the Russian Federation in the sphere of culture, science and economy with a population of about 20 million people.
The Government authorized the Moscow Region Export Center to carry out activities to develop exports.
In our work, we provide services to companies in Moscow Region, and also interact with foreign companies wishing to find a supplier in our region.
Our organization is a non-profit, governmental organization and does not pursue economic gain. The Export Center will become a reliable assistant and guide for a foreign company in finding a supplier in Moscow Region. Cooperation of a foreign company with the Moscow Region Export Center is completely free.

Instructions on how to work with us
First of all, a foreign company fills out the Request form (below), specifies its needs and contact information.
Next, employees of the Moscow Region Export Center contact the foreign company, get acquainted and clarify the details of the request.

Based on the Request form, the Moscow Region Export Center selects suppliers. Conducts preliminary communication with the Russian company and schedules a ZOOM meeting with the foreign company.
The Moscow Region Export Center organizes and holds an online meeting in Zoom with the Moscow Region supplier at the appointed time. The languages of communication are Russian and English. Sample questions for discussion at the online meeting:
Introduction, product characteristics, certification, Desired volumes, Price bargaining, delivery options.
Within one Request, the Export Center searches for and holds from 5 to 10 online meetings. In case of a deal, the Request is considered successful, which means that the foreign company receive a Letter of Thanks from the Moscow Region Export Center.
